Taste:
Taittinger Nocturne Sec City Lights Blanc boasts a pale yellow color with shimmering reflections. The perlage forms a delicate and fine chain of foam. The wine, subtle and delicate on the nose, develops delicious aromas of white flowers and ripe fruits (yellow peach and dried apricot). The initial taste is soft and creamy, yet always very fresh. On the palate, the taste of raisins and candied fruits unfolds. The long finish is characterized by a very pleasant and delicious sweetness.

Production:
Taittinger Sec City Lights Blanc is a dry champagne consisting of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier. It is blended from around thirty different crus and several harvests and stored for at least four years before disgorgement. The so-called Dosage Sec (17.5 g/l cane sugar) and maturation through slow cellar aging give this champagne its balance and sweetness.
