Ruinart Blanc de Blancs comprises about 25–30 different Chardonnay crus, mainly from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais, and La Vallée de la Vesle. They reflect the rich diversity of the Champagne terroir. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this champagne is powerful, fruity, and promising. 2-3 years in the Ruinart chalk cellars have mellowed its distinctive acidity, making it perfectly rounded now.

The Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut Second Skin presents itself in brilliant attire with a beautiful pale yellow color and light hints of almond green and jade green reflections. The first nose reveals intense aromas of fresh fruits such as ripe lemon, juicy pear, or freshly picked peach. The secondary aromas are more floral with a hint of white flowers, accompanied by a spicy note that combines ginger and pink peppercorns. The enveloping structure balances tension and roundness and is highlighted by fresh aromas of ripe citrus fruits and tropical fruits. With a long and delicate finish.
