The Roederer Rosé "Pleasure for Two" gift pack contains 1 bottle of Brut Rosé 2014 and 2 exclusive glasses. This Brut Rosé Vintage 2014 is the result of a long and gentle infusion, which allows the juicy and ripe aspect of the berries to be extracted while preserving their salty freshness. A deep, fruity rosé, delicious, intense, and mature. The result of a dry, continental, sun-drenched summer.
Taste:
Intense pearls permeate the salmon pink Brut Rosé Vintage with shimmering golden reflections in the glass. On the nose, fresh and fruity aromas of tart, fresh red fruits. After a little aeration, one can also perceive fine spicy notes like cinnamon and pepper. On the palate, the ripe, fruity note of Pinot Noir from the south of Cumières and the tart citrus notes of Chardonnay from the north of Chouilly are discernible.
Production:
Only in good years does the cellar master decide to produce a vintage Champagne. This primarily includes the first vineyards acquired by the house. The Rosé Vintage Cuvée consists of 63% Pinot Noir and 37% Chardonnay and is aged on its lees for an average of 4 years. After disgorgement, the wine rests for at least 6 months to complete its maturation.
Serving suggestion:
Enjoy chilled at 8-10°C. The freshness of this Roederer Brut Rosé Vintage is excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood, fish, and light vegetarian dishes.
