Taste:
Cuvée Louise 2004: The champagne presents itself in elegant pale yellow with delicate green reflections and fine, persistent perlage. Very harmonious and complex. Intense aroma of fresh yeast pastry with floral notes and spicy-fruity nuances (noble plum). Lively and intense with aromas of nut butter, yeast, and marzipan. The long-lasting finish is refined, straightforward, and exceedingly elegant.

Cuvée Louise Rosé 2003: The champagne presents itself in light pink with bright salmon-colored reflections and very fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, very romantic and elegant with notes of freshly toasted bread, citrus fruits, and ripe wild strawberries. On the palate, voluminous and fruit-driven. On the nose, very romantic and elegant with delicate aromas of quince paste, candied mirabelle plum, as well as toast and brioche notes. On the palate, a further amplification of the aromatic notes with great finesse and perfectly defined aromas. The finish, so special for Louise Nature with incredible delicacy, reveals a subtle bitterness with notes of lemon peel.

Production:
Cuvée Louise Vintage consists of a carefully composed assemblage of Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir. Characteristic of this sparkling wine, made from the finest grapes from top vineyards in Champagne, is that it combines both the best crus and the best vintages.
