The Pommery Cuvée Louise Vintage Parcelle 2005 presents itself in an elegant yellow, slightly golden color with exceptional brightness and a very fine perlage. The 2005 vintage is characterized by floral notes (lime, hawthorn, vine peach) in all their complexity. The Chardonnay expresses itself here in all its nuances. Lively and intense with aromas of nut butter, yeast and marzipan. The long finish is subtle, straightforward and extremely elegant.

Cuvée Louise Vintage Parcelle 2005 consists of a carefully assembled blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Characteristic of this sparkling wine from the finest grapes of the top vineyards in Champagne is that it combines both the best crus and the best vintages. The artful blend of grapes from the 3 Grand Cru vineyards of Avize, Aÿ and Cramant, the long aging period in the chalk cellars of Maison Pommery, and a low dosage with aged vintage wines from Avize make Cuvée Louise Parcelle 2005 a very special, indeed unforgettable champagne experience.
