Pommery Cuvée Louise Vintage 2005 presents itself in elegant pale yellow with delicate green reflections and fine, persistent perlage. Very harmonious and complex. Intense aroma of fresh brioche with floral notes and spicy-fruity nuances (noble plum). Lively and intense with aromas of nut butter, yeast and marzipan. The long-lasting finish is refined, straightforward and extremely elegant.
Production:
Cuvée Louise Vintage 2005 consists of a carefully composed assemblage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Characteristic of this sparkling wine, made from the finest grapes from top vineyards in Champagne, is that it combines both the best Crus and the best vintages. The masterful assemblage of grapes from the 3 Grand Cru sites Avize, Aÿ and Cramant, the long maturation period in the chalk cellars of Maison Pommery, and a low dosage with mature vintage wines from Avize make Cuvée Louise 2005 a very special, indeed unforgettable champagne experience.
