Production:
Cuvée Louise Rosé Vintage 2004 consists of a carefully composed blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Characteristic of this sparkling wine, made from the finest grapes from top vineyards in Champagne, is that it unites both the best crus and the best vintages. The particularly long maturation of 6-8 months on the lees gives this cuvée its great, unmistakable personality. The perfect balance of aromas comes from the blending of the best grapes from Avize, Cramant, and Aÿ, as well as the addition of still Pinot Noir red wine from Bouzy.
