With Madame Pommery as the inventor of "Brut," the house has since been considered a pioneer of this globally popular champagne type. Like the Brut Royal, the Brut Rosé Royal is one of the house's classics. The fine blend of base champagne with a high proportion of Chardonnay and the best Pinot Noir red wine makes it a refreshing rosé of great sophistication and elegance.
Taste:
Pommery Brut Rosé presents itself in delicate pale pink with salmon-colored reflections and lively perlage. Fine notes of red fruits and berries, balanced, elegant and extremely refreshing. A wonderful rosé with powerful aromas, freshness and liveliness.
Production:
Pommery Brut Rosé matures for over three years in chalk cellars and comes from up to 40 different selected vineyards (e.g. Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims). The chalk soil of these Grand and Premier Cru sites gives the Brut Royal Champagne its typical finesse, minerality and presence. The Pommery Brut Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes and a hint of Pinot Noir red wine. These grapes come from sustainable cultivation, guaranteeing quality and environmental friendliness.
Serving suggestion:
Enjoy chilled at 6-10°C. Pommery Brut Rosé Royal is a champagne that is perfect as an aperitif, but also suitable for any occasion.
