Noé Pedro Ximénez Sherry VORS

Pedro Ximénez, or PX for short, is a typical white grape variety in the Sherry region. Traditionally, the sweet, ripe grapes are dried on esparto grass mats in the sun to yield even sweeter, more concentrated musts, from which licorice-dark, almost syrupy-sweet wines are made. One hundred percent varietal Pedro Ximénez wines like Noé, however, are rare treasures.
