Pedro Ximenez is one of the few sherries made from a single grape variety, namely Pedro Ximenez (PX). It is a classic dessert wine, very dark with aromas of caramel, dried fruit, chocolate and nuts. The aging in PX casks gives the Solist Pedro Ximenez its sweet character.

Bouquet: beautiful rosemary with a hint of lemongrass, sweet citrus notes and toffee, subtle oak notes in the background
Taste: Very fruity and warm, a beautiful combination of classic PX sherry notes and the velvety soft notes typical of Kavalan, raisin and honey notes linger long in the mouth
