For 45 years of Kirsch Import, we have secured the first special bottling from the wind-swept distillery outside the UK. Unlike the Scottish standard, the Kirsch 45th anniversary double cask single malt was made exclusively from peated barley malt. As the name suggests, the smoky distillates matured in two different single casks – a First Fill Chinkapin Oak Cask and a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Cask. The result combines aromatic smoke and intense dark fruit in a celebratory manner, bringing together two of arguably the most beautiful flavor profiles.
