The Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top presents itself in a bright yellow with greenish reflections and fine bubbles. The champagne is fruity and has aromas of tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. Its taste also follows this impression (passion fruit, orange, peach, apple, and pear). Delicate acidity with distinct minerality and fine spice ensure a long-lasting finish.
Production:
Cellar master Hervé Ladouce creates a classic that suits every occasion from an assemblage of 10% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier.
