Thanks to H. Blin, a 70-year-old family cooperative, there's a rare opportunity to taste 100% Meunier from near the village of Vincelles - and we can tell you, it doesn't disappoint. It's an incredibly unique interpretation of Champagne with much more fruit and body than the average Champagne. After 24 months of aging, the Blanc de Noirs develops its fruity and balanced aromas.
