Rosé is considered the high art of Champagne production, and here a dazzling masterpiece is delivered. Entirely in the noble Rothschild style, the Rosé delights with its alluring color and a delicate aroma of red fruits. It is made from 85% Chardonnay, to which 15% red wine from Champagne is added, before the wine ages in the bottle for at least 3 years. The result: An irresistible alternative to a "white" Champagne, perfectly timed for the renaissance of high-quality rosés.
After the base wine has been blended, the second fermentation begins - Méthode Champenoise. This Champagne matures on its lees for around 36 months before being disgorged. After disgorgement, this sparkling wine remains in the cellar of Champagne Barons de Rothschild for another 3 months before leaving the winery.
Color: This exclusive Champagne presents itself wonderfully fresh in a delicate light pink with luminous salmon-colored highlights and persistent effervescence.
Nose: The aroma culminates in delicate notes of red cherries, strawberries, and fresh raspberries, underscored by subtle hints of brioche and fresh hazelnuts. Intensely fruity with fine roasted aromas.
Taste: A creamy Rosé Champagne, whose aroma evokes raspberries, redcurrants, rhubarb, and fresh croissants. It tastes fresh and young, its perlage is captivatingly fine and long-lasting.
Grape Variety: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir
Serving Suggestion: This characterful Champagne pairs excellently with Asian dishes, sushi, and white meat.
