Since the beginning of the year, the 100 Proof Edition has filled a gap in the Signatory range. The single malts in this series are bottled at 57.1% vol., the minimum alcohol content at which gunpowder soaked in alcohol can ignite. High proofs meet low prices.
All the new price-performance hits matured in Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks. In contrast, the Blair Athol 2014/2023 offers voluminous enjoyment, with Signatory highlighting its character with the Andalusian casks.
