2004 Dom Ruinart Rosé Vintage with gift box Champagne (1 x 0.75 l)

Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004 combines a seemingly impossible balance: temperament and silky texture on the one hand, and a delicate aromatic structure on the other. Dom Ruinart Rosé has always been a unique cuvée. With its 81% Chardonnay and 19% Pinot Noir processed into red wine, it has the character of a "Blanc de Blancs Rosé". Don't be fooled by the high proportion of red wine into thinking the wine has a dark color. The cellar master vinifies the Pinot Noir not to extract tannins, but aroma.
Dom Ruinart Rosé is undoubtedly one of the most delicate, aromatic Rosé Champagnes. This wine is characterized by high minerality combined with smoky notes. Oriental spice notes, wild water lily and a hint of dried rose petals can be found on the nose and palate.
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004 continues the tradition of great vintages, most recently the incomparable 1998 and 2002, as well as all the vintages before. This vintage champagne surprises with its intense and complex primary aromas. The cuvée is made from 81% Chardonnay Grand Cru grapes, of which 69% come from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger) and 37% from the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims (Puisieulx and Sillery). In addition, there is 19% Pinot Noir from Sillery, vinified as red wine.
