Color:  dark ruby red.
Nose:  Rich, spicy and complex. The nose combines aromas of red fruits and vanilla.
Palate:  In the mouth, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows great elegance and softness thanks to its soft tannins.

Production:  Blend of wines produced using traditional red wine making techniques.
Recommendation:  Goes perfectly with grilled meat such as lamb or beef. Also nice with Italian lasagna.

The grapes for this Merlot come from several vineyards in France. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses and further processed traditionally.

Color:  garnet red with violet reflections.
Nose:  Delicate nose with aromas of red berries.
Palate:  Flavors of cherries with subtle notes of spices and chocolate. A round and fruity Merlot, pleasant and balanced.

Production:  The vinification takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. A cold maceration helps to extract the best aromas of the grapes.
Recommendation:  Ideal with grilled red meat or poultry.

This Chardonnay comes from several vineyards in France. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses and traditionally processed in the Burgundy style.

Color:  pale yellow with green hues
Nose:  Mineral and floral (orange blossom) aromas discreet and elegant, mingling with fine notes of dried fruits (hazelnuts, almonds).
Palate:  A powerful palate, enveloped by intense aromatic notes of warm brioche and vanilla.

Production:  The vinification takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. A cold maceration helps to extract the best aromas of the grapes.
Recommendation:  Ideal with meat and fish or grilled seafood. Also delicious as an aperitif and with cheese such as Camembert, Brie.
