Nose: Delicate malt notes form the prelude to this dram, along with a hint of digestive biscuits and a cereal note reminiscent of the malt barns. The bourbon influence is evident in notes of vanilla custard and pudding creams. Over time, a fruity cherry note develops.
Palate: The vanilla note from the nose develops on the palate into aromas of sweet, creamy Victoria sponge cake, with hints of honey and syrup, balanced by fresh barley water.
Finish: A light and sweet finish with a hint of salted caramel, rounding off this dram.
