Description:
Colour and bead: brilliant pale gold with fine, continuously rising strings of pearls that form a delicate mousse on the surface. Scent: fragrant, fresh, and lively on the nose with notes of ripe mirabelle plums, citrus fruits, fresh apples, almonds, and candied lemon peel, underpinned by subtly smoky-mineral nuances. Taste: also fragrant and lively on the palate with juicy freshness, a fine persistent perlage, and a harmonious balance of lively acidity, aromatic fruit, and the elegant, chalky-smoky notes of the bouquet, silky in the finish with good length.
Serving suggestion:
