VINIFICATION: Dosage 8 g/l. Ageing in bottle: minimum 24 months. TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Golden straw, clear and sparkling. Transparent. Abundance of fine but persistent bubbles. Nose: Lively and expressive. Scents of fresh citrus and nuances of freshly baked bread. Taste: Simple and elegant. Lively aromas of ripe green apples and notes of toasted brioche.
Recommendation: Daily aperitif, tomato salad, risotto with parmesan, sweet and sour pork, vanilla ice cream.
