Finished in first-fill sherry hogshead casks and produced in very small batches using malted barley with a high proportion of peat smoke of 57 ppm. It offers sweet vanilla and compote aromas with citrus and summer berry notes, rounded off by peat smoke and ginger.
Colour: Light mahogany
Nose: Sweet vanilla notes, followed by red berries, fresh orange peel and smoky undertones.
Palate: Smooth and creamy with notes of compote fruits, Seville orange peel and a hint of ground black pepper and charred oak.
Finish: Long-lasting with lingering smoke and a hint of ginger.
