Only selected red wine grapes were gently fermented on the mash to produce this powerful and expressive cuvée of Dornfelder and Spätburgunder. The "Glühvieh" is rarely seen in summer. Only when the days get shorter and the nights colder does it become active. The colder it gets outside, the tamer it becomes and feels most comfortable at a temperature of around 73° C. The winter will be hot - try it now!
