Over its 4200 km length, Chile boasts a unique abundance of diverse terroirs. For over 40 years, the Torres family has been crafting their characterful wines here. Ándica is a tribute to the natural diversity of this origin. To protect it, to preserve its sites and ecosystems, all Ándica wines come from sustainable, certified organic cultivation. If Curicó is internationally renowned today, it is not least thanks to the Torres family, who recognized the potential of this valley as a top growing region as early as 1979. For their Ándica Sauvignon, the grapes are destemmed, briefly cold-macerated, then cold-fermented, and the wines are aged in stainless steel tanks. The nose reveals exotic fruits, grapefruit, and delicate herbal notes. The palate is aromatically intense with juicy freshness.
